1. If you haven't already installed TurboCollage for Windows, follow these instructions to install it. If you have already installed the free trial, there’s no need to reinstall.
2. If you haven’t purchased TurboCollage for Windows yet, please buy it here.
3. If TurboCollage is currently running on your computer, navigate to the menu at the top and click on Help > Register Activation Code. After this, proceed to step 5.
4. If TurboCollage isn't running, start the application now.
5. Input the license activation code you received upon purchase and click on 'Register Activation Code'. You should copy and paste the code to avoid errors.
1. Make sure you are attempting to activate TurboCollage and not one of our other products.
2. Ensure you have purchased the Windows version of TurboCollage and not the Mac version.
3. Verify that you have entered the activation code correctly; copying and pasting is recommended for accuracy.
4. Open TurboCollage and check your version under the 'Help > About TurboCollage' menu. If you purchased TurboCollage after December 1, 2017, the installed version should be 7.x.x.x. If it's not, please uninstall the current version and download the latest version from https://www.turbocollage.com/download.html
If the issue persists, please email the following information to turbocollagewindows@silkenmermaid.com:
- Your Order ID, as mentioned in the subject of your license activation email (format: TURXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXXX).
- A screenshot of the license activation screen showing the error message.
You can uninstall TurboCollage at any time with just a few clicks.
TurboCollage is also available for Mac.
